That’s what they did with me. The leak was found, but there were three leaks, and I was so pleased to find them. They also do cleaning of underneath your motor and made it like new. To find them. Great service and they changed oil and fixed a problem on my hood. I would definitely send all my friends and family to this knowing that they’ll be taken care of

Read More giving exceptional service) Bill and Willie were both a pleasure to speak with. I brought my 2018 Chevrolet Traverse in for a service, oil change and inspection, before giving the car to my daughter, since I never drove it any longer after recently buying a new BMW. I wanted to make sure the Traverse was in good shape, safe, and there would be no problems before handing it over to her. There was a rattle going on underneath the car that made me nervous there might be something seriously wrong. It turned out to be the heat shield, where the fasteners had corroded (WNY winters) and was flapping around. They re-secured the heat shield with self tapping screws, and all was good. They sent me a video of what they found when it was up on the ramp. Just a pleasure to do business with. Very personable, interesting people to converse with. They make you feel like an important customer. No talking down to you in a condescending manner just because you’re a woman (sadly the case at so many auto repair shops) Oh and after buying 4 oil changes, you get the 5th one free! Just good people giving good service like it used to be! I would highly recommend Wholesale Transmission to anyone in a heartbeat. In fact I have recommended them to several people already since yesterday!

I had the displeasure of buying a broken car from Carvana and was left with a trash mechanic in Carvana's... Read More network who did an unbelievably bad job fixing the issues with my car. I decided to go out of Carvana's network and landed here at Wholesale Transmission. The staff here was EXCELLENT and even went out of their way to fight for me with Carvana about covering the job done. They didn't know me, but they went the extra mile to help me out when I was without a car for a month! I wish I lived closer to here, they would be my main mechanic. Honest people, great work.
